Rates vary according to region, blanket size, and method of shipping. We make no money on the shipping!

Returns

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it within 15 days of your purchase. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

Please note that we cannot refund blankets that you ruined by washing incorrectly (dry clean if in doubt how to wash them) nor can we refund the shipping fees.
